Ele é Seleccionador U-20 Da Suecia, subiu para a Allsvenskan, sem dar conta disso, é sem dúvida um dos muitos grandes jogadores de hattrick, na Súecia e em todo o mundo!
1- In your opinion, what do you think is the best HT formation? And the best tactic? Fortunally there´s not really a best tactic or formation, that is the best tactic and formation will differ from game to game. But I guess you mean in general terms so here we go.
Not to supprisingly 3-5-2 are the best general formation, the reason for this is that it´s a balanced formation with a little extra focus on the middfield. As most ppl know middfield is the most important sector in HT, and winning the middfield in a match is often a good way to win the match. But on the other hand playing 3-5-2 and losing the middfield are most of the times a poor tactic. So when you lose mid a more defence oriented formation combined with CA could be a better idea.
In general CA is the best tactic. CA is the only tactic that increase your normal chances and it gives the team that loses the mid a chance to score.
2- Whats the most rentable tipe of training?Don’t follow the masses and try to stay ahead of the other teams when you plan your training regimes. Training is a key factor in a teams success and is something that have to be well planned and executed. Basically the best way to train for most teams is to train what they think is most profitable. This advice is not only for the teams that train to sell their players but for all teams, even if you plan to keep most of your trainees there is no use not to try and train what’s will yield you the best return on the market.
But there is a big but here, the training should in most cases also be in line with what the team needs to improve, so all teams need to try and find a good compromise between profitable training and what their teams need to train. To maximise your training output you should try and develop your team so the profitable training and what your team needs to train follow each other, that’s really hard but will eventually give you and edge if you succeed.
We also have a third option, you can do a little bit more short-sighted training choices that’s based on how your opponent in the league looks like. Basically train in a way that will give you an edge over your 7 league opponent. This is not to common but some top managers train like this, in the top series teams often use more short-sighted strategies then in the bottom to try and achieve their goals.
3- Which is the tipe of training that you recomend? ( 15th and 16th weeks) ?It depends on the team, as all teams are different it’s hard to give a general answer. But I guess that for most teams the best idea would be to continue their ordinary training during these weeks. It’s important to play your first team players during these weeks to try and avoided a poor form on them during the beginning of the next season.
4- Which is the best investment, academys or the old sistem using young layers ?Right now it looks like the old system is better then the new one. But this can of course change with time. For me it’s a little bit more fun with the new system so I will stick with it and try to develop a few Swedish U20 players
5- Which do you think are the HT's sucessful keys (economy, strategy, random) ?HT´s key to success where imo that it was a free to play game and the fact that it where so much better then the other games on the internet for so many years. It’s also really easy to learn the basics in HT as the game is so simple. But on the other hand the game has a depth in it as well and this enables players to play the game for a long time without growing bored. Another important factor are the conferences and how the social interaction between players work.
Now we have other good games around but HT is imo still the best one.
6- What are te most important "field zones", so that the team scores (defense, attack, midfield)?Midfield is by far the most important sector, it enables your team to create opportunities and take opportunities away from your opponent. But in each match there’s an equilibrium where more midfield wont increase your chances to win more then more attack/defence will. It’s important to find this equilibrium in each individual match that is in HT called coaching
7- How should the coach be? (ofensive, defensive, balanced...) For most teams in HT a balanced coach is the best choice. But for a team with really strong mid compared to their opponents a offensive coach might be better. And for a team with poor midfield a defensive coach could be the optimal choice.
8- What your CHPP favourite program?I use HAM and Hattrick Organizer (HO). That’s enough for me to keep track on my team, then I have a few more private and "secret" excel documents I use sometimes.
9- In what should a rookie spend his 1st payment?Trainees and trainer? I actually don’t know what’s the best receipt for rookies nowadays sorry.
10- Since season 29, in the IV that you have been always a champion, till the Allsvenskan... What is the secret/strategy you used? I where able train SP for a few season back when it gave big profits, the reason for the profits where that few trained SP due not understanding how good a SP taker is for a team and not really knowing how to train SP in a smart way.
After that built a team with the profits that where very "modern". That is a team that could play in many different ways with good secondary and I used different tactics in different matches. This is not something extraordinary today as many teams have copied this approach but back then almost no teams played HT in such a way. So it was rather easy to out coach teams who always played the same. And it where not that hard to build a stronger team then the opponents as many opponents teams where poorly built.
11- In the 27, 28 and 30 you did wonderfull campaigns in the cup... And in the 32nd season, you finaly reached the glory... Was it always your dream? No, I where actually really surprised that I where able to go all the way. As most bigger and older countries Sweden have a lot of "divine boosting " teams that top teams have to play away from home. And the cup is very much about luck, but Zeta where really strong last season so I where able to take a few "boosted" teams down away from home, of course with a little help from lady luck.[/b]
12- With the victory in the cup, this season you reached HT-Masters, but you were eliminated in the 3rd eliminatory... What did you wanted to reach?I wanted to reach the fourth round. But I didn’t wanted to temporary players to reach this goal and I had a little bit to much other things to do around the time the HM was played so I didn’t really focus on the tournament at all.
Another reason for the lack of success was that I got really hurt with the new age rules that HT implemented this season. The team lost very much in power due partly to some bad luck with the stamina updated and partly due to some poor choices from my part as I didn’t really know how the system would work in practice. If the team would have been as strong as it where last season I think it could have gone all the way without any temporary players, but of course some luck would be required
13- After a great campaign and after all this seasons, what are youre main goals, now that you are in the main league?I want to win Allsvenskan, but I would like to win it in a stylish way and not only using raw power. And i want to keep competing with the best teams for as long as possible.
14- Since youve reached all this success , since the 28/29 seasons, and since you have built such a strong team, do you think you will maintain the team, without loosing all your resources? No, I’ll lose a few millions each season. But I will try and have a cost efficient team and still have a shoot at the title. It’s not really possible to go for the Allsvenskan title without overspending a few millions each season, and especially not now when older players will lose their appeal.
15- Being a u-20 coach in Sweden, does that it harms the work with your team, or does it become more pleasure to play hattrick?Yes, the U20 have taken a lot of focus away my work with Zeta. I’m not at all as focused this season on my own team and most of the time in HT is focused on the U20. I’ll try and give Zeta a little bit more attention for the rest of the season but I have to say that it’s more fun to play around with the U20-team: )
16- How does the responsability of training one of the best teams in hattrick feels? It’s really fun to have a team that can compete with the best teams. I’m really happy with the team’s success. I don’t really feel that it’s a responsibility to manage Zeta it’s more of a privilege. And it’s fun most of the times to have a well known team, more fun then when the teams where not known at all
